does anyone know why back in old day around in 2015 the video size is around 400MB for 1080p and around 200mb for 720p but now as of 2023 the video 1080p only have around 200mb. why? did they compression to death like the way 9 anime did.

Probably something to do with files becoming more efficient over the years. 1080p is still 1080p regardless. Bitrate is usually the biggest culprit for fucky looking 1080p sources
